Researchers discover the first ever fossilized human GLASS brain in Pompeii from a young man who died during the Mt Vesuvius eruption. This is the first ever case of human tissue transforming to glass 😮

Scientists are still not exactly sure how this happened since glass requires very specific conditions to form: extreme high heat paired with a rapid cool down. What is for sure is that this has never been seen before.
