Breading: ¾ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup cornstarch 1-2 tsp salt 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder Neutral high-heat oil for frying (@ 350 °F / 175°C)

Nashville Hot Oil Glaze: 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste — add a few more tsp for extra heat) ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp gar
