For the caramelized onions: -Yellow onions -Unsalted butter -Olive oil -Salt -Few cracks of black pepper

For the horseradish aioli: -Mayonnaise -Fresh horseradish root -Dijon mustard -Lemon (juice) -Garlic -Salt -Black pepper

For assembly: -Cooked beef -Hot au jus -Caramelize
