I shared a recipe similar recently but it was so popular in our house so here we are again with a few changes. Here is the recipe!

Herb Roasted Chicken Ingredients 1 whole chicken, 3-4 lbs 1 stick butter, softened 3 cloves garlic, grated 6 sprigs rosemary, chopped Salt Pepper 2 cups chicken broth 1 onion, quartered

Instructions Place the chicken in a baking dish. Mix the butter, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper, then rub all over the chicken. Pour the broth into the bottom of th
