Ingredients

For the filling : -Butter -Onion -Jamón serrano or ibérico
-All Purpose flour -Whole Milk -Pinch of salt -White or black pepper -Nutmeg -Manchego cheese

For the breading : -Eggs -AP Flour -Fine breadcrumbs -Salt -Neutral frying oil

For the aioli -egg yolk -salt -garlic -fresh lemon juice -neutral oil (I use avocado) -Smoked paprika (optional, I forgot this 😅)
