Can the White House enact an abortion ban?

The administration does not have the authority to invoke a nationwide unilateral ban. What they can, & are expected to do, is to try to make it incredibly difficult to get medication. Please do not comment “not having authority never stopped them before”. There’s a massive difference between tearing down part of the White House & seeing what consequences they face, Vs forcing others to do something they don’t have the authority to force them to do. I don’t want to downplay how serious this is. B
